The Chianti wine La Rupe is made exclusively from the traditional Tuscan grapes, Sangiovese and Canaiolo.
This wine expresses the characteristics of a bold and harmonious wine.
- Area of production: hills of central Tuscany.
- Grapes: Sangiovese, Canaiolo and small percentages of Malvasia and Tuscan Trebbiano.
- Characteristics of the cultivated land: Calcareous and rich in galestro.
- Maturing: Kept in steel barrels.
- Refining: 2 months in bottles.
- Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
- Alcohol Content: 12,50%
